I was super suspicious when they contacted me about buying my house. It wasn’t listed for sale and I had a lot of similar offers, but SoCal Buyer’s offer was significantly higher than the rest. When I got the contracts for their offer, I had my lawyer go over it. Every change my lawyer recommended was accepted without hassle, which had my lawyer confident in moving forward. From there everything went easier than selling conventionally. I very much recommend SoCal Buyers. They covered all closing costs AND cleaned out my house for me. That alone saved me at least $10,000!

So Cal Home Buyers Nick, Anndrea and Team Really Came through as they said they would, The process was quick & super easy, they even helped place me into another beautiful home. I gotta mention Mathew Ornelas He was the agent who made all the Magic Happen on the moving end because I was pretty particular about small details like how, where, and what kind of home I wanted to transfer into I even had 2 dogs too and he knocked it out of the park!!!
