Bill Doddridge: I thought for sure it was a scam. So I just went, "Well, how about for this much?" And I gave him the price I offered it to Tommy for. And they go, "Well, we'll send someone down in 15 minutes." And then within an hour they had a written offer on my doorstep.
I thought for sure it was a scam, but then they opened escrow the next day and they closed in seven days. And the offer, I actually got more. They said they'd cover all the expenses and stuff. They offered, I think the deal was 900,000. I actually got a check for 902, more than they offered, at the very end of it. So I was really, really, really impressed, you know.
